Bleaching

Place a thin line of material in the bleaching tray.

Use the tray and material for two hours only then rinse and clean the internal of the tray. The bleach has minimal effect after two hours and you only increase the likelihood of sensitivity.

You can alternate days if you have sensitivity or use MI paste in the tray after beaching.

Do not wear the trays overnight.

Do not eat or drink with trays in the mouth.

Wipe off excess bleach if any gets on the gums.

Smoking, colored drinks and coffee can stain after bleaching sessions.
